Tour of the University

Tuesday we received the university campus tour. It was organized by groups and was given by the faculty and staff. We had the opportunity to meet the director and the faculty of the summer abroad program. They gave us a warm welcome. We walked around the university, visited the wonderful facilities, and small businesses that provide students school supplies, Internet service, copies and more. Later, the tour culminated with a great lunch. The university is surrounded by many beautiful trees, plants and many species of birds. It is winter here, and it rains everyday around 1:30 in the afternoon. The parade of umbrellas is very noticeable in the streets.
